The Havering Folk Club is basically a performer's club where anyone can come along to sing, play, recite or simply watch. We meet every Wednesday at 8pm andwe're known as the friendliest club for miles and beginners will find us very supportive.

Our members range from amateur to semi-professional, and perform an eclectic mix of styles from traditional and modern folk, country & western, blues, light classics and comedy.

On the first Wednesday of every month we alternate between a member's featured evening and a guest artist. Entry is £5 for guest artists and just £1 for all other evenings.

Our venue is friendly with a sense of community and there is ample safe, free parking in the market square. There's a choice of three well-kept real ales and food is served with last orders at 8pm.

If you fancy a great evening's entertainment and to perform if you wish to, then come along to Havering Folk Club at The Golden Lion.

Make it a date - Wednesday at 8!
