Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident which occurred in Upper Brentwood Road, Romford on Saturday the 30th of August 2008 at around 5:20pm.


 


The victim a local female in her twenties had been travelling on the route 496 bus from Harold Hill,  when she noticed a man get on the bus at Straight Road, he was paying her a lot of attention whilst they were travelling on the bus, they both got off the bus in Upper Brentwood Road, where the man walked ahead of her.


 


After a short distance he pulled down his trousers and turned around to face her, exposing himself as he did so.


 


Suspect details:


 


 White male petite/skinny build, very short, short brown hair with glasses and a squashed nose.


 


He was wearing a red Liverpool Football shirt and black trousers, carrying a coat over his arm.
